A Little History

We started our sugaring operation in the early 70's in the front yard, on a simple fireplace Boiling the sap down to syrup in a large pot.

We have grown  over the years and are now operating in our sugar house located at 739 Kipling rd Dummerston making an average of 800 gallons of syrup a year. 

Running the sugaring operation from tapping to clean-up is done through the help family and friends, making for an enjoyable experience.

While we are boiling, our sugar house doors are always open to visitors. Come in and have an informative tour and sample of our sweet syrup.
